Books on Danish royalty

Alicky1872:
Have any of you out there read A Royal Family: King Christian IX and His European Descendants?? It was based on the Danish tv documentary where Queen Margrethe and other Royals were interviewed about their illustrious relatives. (Still waiting for it to be shown in English!!) Can anyone tell me if it's worth the cost? How is it picture wise?

Thanks!

Katia:
I've seen the documentary flm and it was fab!! So many photographs and film clips innit1! I found it very interesting. I guess the book must be, too1

Robert_Hall:
I am still waiting for them to arrive- I ordered both the book and the dvd, but forgot where I had it sent. From what I have been told by those who have seen these, they are well worth it !
Best,
Robert

Alicky1872:
Oh! I didn't realize there was a dvd made!! Where did you find it? (I live in the UK) And is it in English?

Robert_Hall:
Good question, Alicky. I am presuming, as I ordered these from the UK, that the dvd is at least subtitled.
You might check Waterstones or Hatcheards -[if in London- I know they are the same, I just prefer Hatchards].  I ordered them through MAJESTY magazine.  Which is why I do not remember where they are to be sent- London address or SF ??
Cheers,
Robert
