Still no any photo of Fedor Remez.
We only know from some memoirs that he was short and with black hair. Actually since my research on him in the archives I found that he was a peasant who served in the artillery and in 1904 resigned and was employed as a Reitknecht - in fact as on of the valets of Grand Duke Sergei M. Remez was one of the most devoted servants to the Grand Duke, his letters are being preserved in the archive( about his trips with GD).
