Hey everybody, I don't know if this has been posted already. If so, I apologize. I just bought this magazine and scanned the pictures from it. They were too big for my scanner so some of it might have gotten chopped off, but I think you can read all the words and see most of the photos.

So that's where I got those photos I posted under 'rare pictures'! I couldn't remember. One of the libraries here in NZ had it in their collection. Goodness knows how I found it though back in those pre-internet days....

I remember when this first came out. I believe it was the last year LIFE Magazine was a real weekly.

I was absolutely thrilled. We still had a subscription to it at home. This man lived in New Jersey I would have loved to have contacted him.
