Anastasia Nicholaievna/OTMA & Alexei Site -- Need Help.

Many of you may be familiar with my website about Anastasia Nicholaievna (if you aren't -- there's a link on my profile) and for a long time now I've wanted to improve it by getting a real domain and everything. Getting it started on my own, however, is proving difficult. I'm wondering if there's anyone here who is knowledgeable about creating websites that would be interested in helping me create it and/or partnering with me in running it. I'm considering making it a website for all of the children but I'm not sure yet.
