I've never heard of Alexandra dressing her daughters' hair. In exile, Tatiana occasionally washed and dressed her mother's hair, though.

Hmmm i don't really agree that only the hair dressers make their hairs..... Because you can see here that Alexandra is making Olga's hair and i have one other which Alexandra is making Tatiana's hair....

No. Prince Michael clearly says it's a "governess." In the book, the image is better quality, less shadowed, and uncropped. It's much easier to see the woman's face, and it's no one I recognize.

Earlier 1917, they had measles and their hair were shaved off. Could it be that their hair were still up-to-shoulder long? I'm curious about how they would like as I've never seen Olga, Mashka and Nastya wearing their hair short.

It's not so short... ;/ but by their faces i can see that they are not very happy..

I think their hair were shoulder long. If I am not wrong I think Tatiana wrote that their hair came down to their shoulders.
