Nena, it is a wonderful video. Makes one bit melancholic.

It has been ages since I did a Romanov-one(shame on me! Working on some right now)

Here are few other Royalty-related videos:

Funny I should run across your post today because I was just thinking this morning of how they fell to thier knees when the priest read the prayers for the dead during that last ceremony just before thier deaths. As they came up to kiss the cross, the girls wept and whispered thier thanks to the priest, even though they were not allowed to talk. I was thinking how that was their last religious ceremony until thier burial 80 years later. I would find your program interesting. I'm not very knowledgeable of this aspect of  thier lives, yet thier religion was so very important to them.

FOR GOD, TSAR AND THE FATHERLAND

An interesting documentary, it's not entirely related to the Romanovs. But it gives an insight on how the imperial period still holds sway in Russia.

Outstanding videos anyone!   ;-) I like the music in Boris' tribute.

And....here it is!

My first tribute to Aleksei Nicholaievich. It contains several chronologically ordered photos, some Footage of him (On the Standart, Ipatiev House, at Stavka and such....) and beautiful song 'Pile' (The Chicken). Nothing offensive I meant, song is really beautiful, it is a ballad. It is kinda sung to one angel...When I was searching for appropriate song, I just said -- '' That is the one!' I really had problems with saving the subtitles, so that I made Hardsubs. I just think that some photos endures for a longer time I expected, but dear Lord....I am satisfied with outcome, given the fact it is my very first (more serious) work. I also wanted to put some word as his biography, but I just thought that it would have been much words, and by the way, almost everything is known. I think it is going to be better in the next time. Oohh, yes, I will have to add some more words into 'Info' gap. I also think I will make more tributes to other Royals and so on. To be seen. Up to then, please visit, try to feel the song, and if that is not problem, feel free to rate or comment. Anything is welcomed!
