I sincerely hope so too. That is why I think that William should marry the one he loves...and not pushed unto the alter like his father.

Have we evidence that he is a prince trying to find the perfect bride?  Again, it's only the press that's trying to push marriage on him at the age of only 25.  I'm sure there are no such pressures from William's family.

Yes the press is trying to force Prince William into marriage at 25. His family does not want to force him into marriage like the press is doing. It is his choice if he want to marry or not right now nobody has to force him into marriage.

True, but he'll have to get married sooner or later... my point was that when he does find the perfect bride (if he hasn't started already) it would definitely be confusing and difficult for him.

I am not sure about Kate Middlton's mother. I would think that she would not force her daughter into marriage with the prince. Hopefully she will respect her choice and decision since she is a adult. It is not like she is a teenager.

Why ? When he finds the perfect bride, it should be easy...it should not be confusing. It would be confusing if you are not sure if you find the "right" one.

Welll...One should not blame "Trolley Dolly", who wouldn't want to marry one's daughter to the future king of Britian ? However too much pushing may not be appreciated.

Not if they are social climbers ! In fact both Ivana Trump & Richard Branson has "high" hopes for their daughters.    I don't think Paris or Nicky Hilton would mind bagging William or Harry...

Why is this? Not ever girl dreams of marrying a prince. I can't imagine Paris Hilton (beyond a giggly egotistical daydream or two) really wanting to be the future Queen of England. She has everything she wants now and none of the responsibility. She can travel wherever she wants, party whenever she wants and dress however she wants. Similarly, if I was Ivana Trump, an educated young woman carving out a successful business career, why would I want to chuck it for a lifetime of ribbon cuttings and producing heirs? However much the monarchy might loosen up, there are still going to be a lot of restrictions in place. True love might be worth it but these individuals have barely crossed paths.

And Ivanka Trump.  Really, what has this girl got that would in any way make her an appropriate royal wife.
