Was this book available at the current Kremlin exhibition? If so, then I failed to pick up a copy because it did not personally appeal to me. Instead I purchased a three volume set of books.

Yes, it was.
The exibition is from 11 March 2006 - 4 October 2006

But it is more about the items of Armoury, then about Romanovs.
