Hi Joanna,  Copy away, the more pictures the better!  That was my first attempt to post pictures.  I put the pictures under rare pictures III in having fun, I wasn't sure where to put them or if they would show up.  I'm wondering though, have you seen those of AP after the war during restoration?  I dont' think I had ever seen them before.  I love to compare the old pics with the IF and compare them to current pictures, however, after I saw those during the reconstruction, I realised there was so much damage to the palace, there's probably not much original to compare with.   Tracy

Thanks Tracy. The photos I posted are of the AP after the war c1949 which shows minimal damage to the interiors. This one is of the enfilade of the parade halls which is very similar to the one c1917:
