Um...YEAH! Do you know where it was taken? And what was the documentary?
They make no mention in the doc. of when/where the picture was taken. To be honest, my first response was some place in the AP because of the cot he is sitting beside/in? But I suppose those are portable. I really have no clue, as to where.  :-\ Sorry, I am not of any more help in that department.
In regards to what Documentary, it was from Rasputin-Mad Monk. A really interesting Documentary, and very kind a sweet AP member sent me ( :-*! You know who you are! :-*)

Nena> Thank you for you assistance with that Alexis Documentary. I'm trying to get a summery of it. You're translation is very helpful! Thank you!
I found that documentary through the AP here. Some mystery member named 'M' came on here, posted it, and disappeared. I wish I knew who it was that offered it, as I could credit and thank them. It does look like an interesting documentary.  ;D

I've seen that in a book someplace -- maybe Gilliard's? I can't remember exactly who is who, but you're right that it was taken at the AP in 1917. I'm pretty sure all of them are servants.

Wow!!!

Where did you get those? It's the first time I see them! Boy I love that thread!

By the way, there's one that shows Olga sitting on a wheel-chair; do we know something about that, or was it just for the photo? (Sorry, I'm an Olga fan  ;D)

WOW, indeed.  :o

I'd only seen two of those before!

Where did you find them?

I'm thinking it was just for the photo. There are two or three more well-known photos of OTMAA sitting in that same spot, without the wheelchair.
