Mystery of the Last Tsar

I ran across a record for this video on Amazon today: Mystery of the Last Tsar.

Apparently it's out of print. The only used copy available on Amazon has a price tag of $112. ::) I found a few mentions of it in passing here on the AP forums, but not much detail. Can anyone give me more info, and/or an opinion regarding whether it's worth tracking down?
