Play Cover
« on: November 25, 2006, 01:39:33 AM »
I'm writing a play about the last days of the Romanovs for my Theater Arts class, and I need some pictures for the cover. I don't have many saved on my computer and that's why I need some help from the forum members who I know have many  ;)
I'm looking for photo's taken while the IF were imprissoned, or any others that you think will be good.

Please post!

LOTS of photos of the famly's last days have been posted over time. Check out these threads in the Final Chapter board:

Captivity photo's
Last Real Photo of the Children and household
Photos of the governor's mansion, Tobolsk
photos of Imperial Family's rooms in Ipatiev House
Photos aboard the Rus?

I'm sure you'll find even more than that if you look around.

I was thinking the picture of all of them in a line...the original picture has them in a group of people.  I wish I could find the picture I'm talking about...I think I'll do that right now! lol

Edit:  Finally!  Found it   ;D

Yeah...it's not exactly during their imprisonment..^^;  Also between the picture I posted and the picture Sarushka posted, they seem different.  Some of the IF members' heads are in a different position... :D hehe

Yes

You are right. I would love to see that photo blown up to get a clearer look at the differences. It is very slight mostly in the Girls and especially Marie.

I don't believe it's the palace hospital, but it is one of the lazarets sponsored by Alexandra. (That's what the sign says, but it doesn't specify where the lazaret is located.)

What's a Lazaret?
It's Russian for "field hospital" or "infirmary." NAOTMAA's letters always refer to their nursing jobs as being in the lazaret, rather than a bol'nitsa (hospital).
