Yes i saw that letter here in AlexanderPalace.org Shvibzik made poo poo on the carpet and Alexandra wasn't very happy.... Then Anastasia was told to clean it immediately or something like that....This was the first and last when he did this to what i know....


Could I see this letter...

I thought it was on the main APTM site, but I can't find it there. It may be in A Lifelong Passion. I'll have a look later tonight.

I believe the "governor" is mentioned on the AP's My Name Is Anastasia. If you enter the page called My Sisters and Brother and scroll down to Tatiana, it is mentioned at the end of the paragraph.

This is mentioned in letter extracts on the APTM main site. The year is 1915 and the dog is Shvibzik. Anastasia picks it up with a shovel.

Why did they give "governor" as a euphemism for poo poo?

I think the dogs were taken out to make poo poo and so on....But if it happen at home i don't know....some governess... i don't think they really had special one for that...

Yes, the governess should instead clean the poo poo.
I also think that's a kind of lesson for Anastasia to teach her dog (but it may be Ortino, too, i don't know)how to do it on the right place.
Alexandra wants her to clean the poo poo so that she would not let Shvibzk (or ortino) do it again. She knows that one would be the fairest thing to do.
