The commandant's office occupied just a few rooms at Srednyaya St. Apparently the 50-subscriber Voeykov's network should also have included the palace itself and service facilities like garage etc.

Per the inventories there were 26 telephones in the AP and Kitchen building:

1st Floor Room 61 - on table
2nd Floor Room 60 - on table
2nd Floor Room 52 - on table in the corner
2nd Floor Room 53 - on table in ironing room
On Wall at the 1st Entrance
1st Floor Room 62 - on wall under stairs
1st Floor Room 22 - on wall entrance to duty room

Kitchen Bldg:
2nd Floor Room 26
1st Floor Room 11

1st Floor Room 71 - Palisander - on back wall 2 telephones
1st Floor Room 72 - on table

2nd Floor - Children's rooms - 5 telephones
