why is there one of only Tanya and not the other girls?
There probably are...somewhere.
Le Petit Journal seems to have done quite a few illustrated stories on the Romanovs. I have a few cover scans in my collection, but none of them are baptisms.
I own all the issue of the newspaper
L'Illustration published between 1889 and 1909. The only baptism mentionned is Alexei's. For
Le Petit Journal, it's strange. It's speaking about Tatiana when she was a baby, but ot about Olga, Maria and Anastasia. For Alexei, I don't know.
They published the portrait of Nicholas and Alix by Galkin in 1896 for the Coronation. Alix's is almost this one (

L'Illustration was printed on paper of better quality.
