 Aw Maria~fan that picture of the grand duchess on horse back is so adorable I love that picture. It is one of the most adorable pictures I have seen of Olga,Maria and Anastasia together. I seen one with them together many times this is a very common known picture of them. I am sure many people seen this picture many times I like this one its nice also but the other one of them on horseback looks better.  :D

The important think here is the photo is great. I've seen it lots of times, but in that size, I could appreciate much more in detail, the girls facial features in that time of their life, and Olga's very clear eyes. However, I was impressed about how much Maria seemed to be growing up in the time where the pic was taken. You may notice it perfectly in this pic.

I don't know. She would have been about 14, which seems old enough to me -- a family member's funeral isn't like a ball, after all. Maybe she took the photo. ;)
