I received an answer on my email to the Government Art Collection.
They confirmed that the lady, Maria Elizabeth, is the spouse of Alexandre Berthier.
The text in the mail:
Princess Maria was indeed the wife of Louis Alexandre Berthier (1753-1815), Marshal of France, Prince of Neuchatel and Wagram.

Wonderful!!! Thanks for your help and research :) ;) I often don´t have any success, when writing emails to art collections, if an identity is not clear. They often do not respond, so it´s wonderful that you could confirm that is is Berthier´s wife. It must be a very nice picture, but it´s unfortuntely so small, is there a chance to get in bigger?
It´s interesting that I fould out, when looking up, that the same artist made also a portrait of Berthier himself.

Thanks again :)
