I watched it a while back and fell in love with it.  So much I bought it and began memorizing it!  Half of the movie has spoken Russian which was all the better, and it showed the gorgeous Crimean countryside, many times I often pondered NAOTMAA in them. 

If you haven't seen it yet, you must!  Its a great story and overall performance.

I too don't know if this is the right spot for this post --- but I had to respond as I too saw this film on my "on demand" station a few months ago -- I LOVED it and have watched it several times since! 

I loved the quirkiness of the film, the Russian countryside and the memorable soundtrack -- some of those songs were absolutely great!   

You are not alone!

Do you have any favorite tracks from the soundtrack?

My favorites are all the songs performed by Golgol Bordello, Leningrad and Devotchka. Of course the origional score is the backbone!
