Victor:
Looks like a fascinating book.$US200,about $290 in my currrency. So expensive but so tempting.

ashanti01:
Ok, now it's a crime!!! As of 12:43am October 5th the bidding is at $405!!!! That is a crime!!! I believe Svetabel said that the book priced at $45 is too much, so this is just plain wrong. I wish I could order the book from Russia and pay whatever the price is for the book :(

ashanti01:
OK, so hopefully someone can tell more about this.

Well from what I read on ebay it's only about 30 some pages long and again it looks very intresting but I can't help but think that it's overpriced maybe? The starting bid is 34.00, but I must admit that I may be tempted enough to bid. Does anyone have any more information on it? What is it about? Is it worth getting?

Then there was also this book.

I think I may have heard of it before? Is it avaliable at the gift shop at the palace? or am I mistaken?

Svetabel:
OMG!!! :o 405 $...some people are really crazy. I am a collector of rare books too, but I never buy such a book (wonderful I know but for example the famous edition of the 1903 ball can be found at 400 $ - and that is much more gorgeous edition) with such overcharge.

Svetabel:
I have the first book on Felix and Irina, actually I had posted pictures from it. Really contains some rare photos, and this time (after 405$ on Daily Life of the Yusupovs, OMG) I can repeat that the price is high. In fact the book is thin in soft cover and here in Russia is for 6 $. In case with other countries plus postage.
