Congratulations George and thanks for sharing! It is really lovely. Is it impolite to ask how much it cost? Are such beakers difficult to obtain?

What a magnificent collection George! Congratulations!

I own the slightly bruised metallic variety beaker, which is very appealing as well.

A Coronation beaker was featured on the the Antique Roadshow TV show recently, as they were mass produced in 1896, they are not worth much in todays market, but still a fascinating historical piece of Russianhistory to own from the Antique Roadshow valuation of it.
The show is worth watching as pieces of Faberge jewellry and objects appear on the show.

The Khodynka Cup, which is made of tin can be found for prices as high as $600 to $1000 USD depending on condition.

I didn't know that ceramic coronation beakers were made as well.

Which kind did the Antiques Roadshow evaluate and how much did they say it was "worth at auction"?

The Coronation beaker was the red and beige porcelain design on the left side of the photo, the price was low, around $100, not what I expected. The khodynka field stampede was mentioned in relation to the beaker and its background.

I hope they didn't give the impression that the coronation beaker was the Khodynka Cup or that it had anything to do with the Khodynka stampede other than they were both souvenirs of the coronation.  And they were both made in the same year.   ???

I'd buy them all day at that price.  Roadshow is a joke. ::)
Brown French version $500.00 U.S. and up
the blue /green and in other colors, cup $700.00 and up.

The usual tin enamel Khodynka without chips $500.00+
there are copies out there so be careful.

This is my first post and just wanted to say I am glad to have found this forum. I only have a Cup of Sorrows, the Khodynka Cup, but I am very proud of it. Perhaps one day I will be able to acquire more items.
