Exactly. If I could at least remember what my original source was, I'd have a clue as to its reliability.

This version of the photo is watermarked from the St Petersburg photoarchive. Perhaps it was labeled there?

Thank you  nena for posting that interview. I didn't know that there was interview of Kolia before. I had tears in my eyes when I read the interview you posted. I also didn't know that leskela was Alexei's nickname from Kolia.

Definitely Gilliard. ;) It was taken in Tobolsk -- you can tell by the diamond shaped windows on the door to the left.
