One thing I'd like to see if it exists is a photograph of the Concert Hall before it was destroyed.  Have you run across any, Bob?  I might have done without knowing it since I think all I've seen are some sketches.

I know this is an ancient thread, but I ran across this photo on Geglov's Pushkin History site and got very excited:

It's labeled as the Concert Hall before Meltzer's 1907 redecoration.

Here's the link where I found the photo:

Выставка интересна по содержанию документов, выставлены редкие фото 1916, 1917 годов.
The exhibition is interesting under the maintenance of documents, rare photos 1916, 1917 are exposed.

Николай II во время ареста в Царском Селе.
Nikolay II during arrest in Tsarskoe Selo.

Так же продаются книги, одна из них с воспоминаниями А.Вырубовой.
As the books, one of them with A.Vyrubovoj's memoirs are on sale.

Другая «Венценосная семья» с фото жизни Императорской семьи, размер Большой.
Another « Crowned family » from a photo of a life of Imperial family, the size Big.

Geglov, Thanks so much for all of this information.

I sure do wish that the book with memories of Anna were in English.  I for one would love to buy the book.
