I wonder if anyone has come across a short story called "Woman In A Wheelchair" by Morgan Lywelyn? I found it in a 1999 collection of short stories called Royal Whodunnits.

The story concerns two private investigators who are approached one day by an Englishman asking them to prove that Anastasia is dead. The story, as you might guess, has an interesting twist at the end.
