Compared to Georgian or Edwardian, I find Victorian art and decoration quite kitschy so I won't be attending.

   I'm pleased you enjoyed the podcast historyfan, though with the exhibition finishing at the end of october I fear the link could go down. Unfortunately I too will not be going to the exhibition. Not because of presence of kitsch, but the journey south would be a nightmare & I havn't recovered from my previous London jaunt yet. The last part of that particular journey took 2 and a half hours from the end of the M1 to the centre of London, .......not again thank you. Perhaps this display should travel to the provinces as I'm sure there would be lots of interest, or better still travel the world.
